Giethoorn Intermezzo
This recreation houseboat was built from 2015 to 2017 for permanent residence in the future.
The living area of this water villa is approximately 95 m2 distributed over 2 levels. The living room, bathroom and toilet are located at water level, while the kitchen and bedrooms go down with small steps. Large glass windows offer views of the National Park Weerribben-Wieden. The sleek design is interrupted by a large circular wall with on the outside a wood stove on the terrace. A deck around makes it easy to go around while the overhanging canopy holds out the sun in the summer months. It is designed especially taking into account the free view of nature, the outdoors and life on the water.
